CRICHLOW Roderick It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Roderick Crichlow fomerly Francis, devoted husband to the late Marjorie Francis, father to Linda, grandfather to Kizzy and Matt and beloved great grandfather to Florence, Aurelia and Evalina. He died peacefully, surrounded by his family on the 10th of February 2024. Roddy was loved dearly and will be missed by everyone who knew him. We would like to welcome family members and friends to pay their final respects and to celebrate his amazing life. The funeral will take place on Monday 4th March, 12noon at St Teresa's RC Church, Harris Street, Darlington, DL1 4NL. The family will then attend a private cremation in Darlington Crematorium. Please wear a splash of colour to reflect Roddys vibrant personality, his passion for life and the difference he made to the lives of others. We would love for you to join us for Roddys wake at Firthmoor Community Centre, Maidendale House, Burnside Road, DL1 4SU at 2 pm. Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate his life and the positive difference he made to so many of us. Please bring your memories and photos of Roddy to share. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Roddy may be made to Cancer Research UK. You will be forever in our hearts and deeply missed.
