WALKER 02/09/1946 29/01/2024 John Albert, beloved husband of the late Jilly, father to Carl and Shaun, brother to Ronnie and the late Alan. Father-in-law to Dawn and Mary, grandad to Brooke and Reese, great-grandad to John, brother-in-law and uncle. A friend to many. Died peacefully at home after a long battle with Cancer. Would friends please meet for funeral service at Wear Valley Crematorium, on Monday 19th February at 2.30p.m. The funeral cortége will leave from his residence, Middleton-in-Teesdale at approximately 1.35p.m., proceeding to Wear Valley. Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be given in the Crematorium Chapel to Cancer Research UK (Teesdale)
