PATTERSON 6th January 2024. Jeff aged 74 passed away peacefully at Sunderland Hospital with his family. Dearly loved husband of the late Anne and beloved brother of the late Barbara. A much loved dad of Stuart and a devoted grandad of Alice, Hunter & Thomas. Would friends please meet at coundon crematorium at 10.30 on 23rd January followed by refreshments at Ferryhill Village WMC. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Sunderland ICCU.
