SHAW Kenneth Aged 93 years of Shildon, peacefully in the care of Defoe Court Care Home, 7th December 2023. A devoted and much loved family member, and a good friend to many. Kenneth will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A funeral service is to be held at Shildon Methodist Church, on Thursday 28th December, at 2.30pm, followed by committal at  Durham Crematorium. Following the service, the family warmly invites everyone for refreshments at the Bay Horse, Middridge. Donations in memory of Kenneth may be left at the church for the Macmillan Cancer charity.
