TOPPING Dorothy (nee Gilmore) Of Newton Aycliffe died peacefully in her sleep, aged 76 years. Much loved wife of Raymond, mam of Julie and Samantha, mother-in-law of John and Simon, gran of Ruth and Rebecca, wonderful sister and friend to many. The life and soul, she will be dearly missed. Please meet to celebrate Dorothy's life at Wear Valley Crematorium, Coundon on Wednesday September 27, 2023 at 2.30 p.m. and afterwards at Newton Aycliffe Phoenix Club (The Legion). Wearing of black is not required. Floral tributes should be sent to Co-op Funeralcare, Macmillan Road, Newton Aycliffe. DL5 4LH or if you prefer donations will be collected for The Alzheimers Society and Dementia U.K.
