McALLISTER Jadwiga (Durham) Died 7th July, aged 100. Much loved wife of the late Dr. Alistair P McAllister, dearly loved by daughter Magda and granddaughters Hania and Catriona. Family and friends please meet at Durham Crematorium, Thursday 27th July at 3.00pm for service. No black tie but happy colours. Refreshments at Poplar Tree Garden Centre, friends welcome. Donations in memory of Jadwiga for Marie Curie or Dogs Trust would be appreciated and can be made at the service.

So sorry to hear of Mrs McAllistar passing. She was so lovely to talk to over the garden fence, we had ten excellent years living next to her in Moor Crescent, a lovely quiet lady who loved her black labrador. Back again to Dr McAllistar true gent who saved my wife's life when she was 6 months old. RIP Jadwiga.

Deeply saddened to learn of Mrs McAllister's death. She was a wonderful friend, kind, funny and loving and wise. She gave so much to society as a doctor, and her family and friends indeed to everyone who knew her. She is reunited now with her beloved husband and that gives much comfort. God bless you Jadwiga, we will miss you very much. You deserve your rewards.
