HOLMES 26th June peacefully in hospital. John Edwin of Bishop Auckland, formerly Leeds aged 84 years. Devoted husband of Janet. A very dear dad to Stephen and David. Respected father-in-law to Michelle. A beloved grandad to Daniel. A dear brother to Shirley, Christine and the late Rose and Audrey. Also a very good friend to many. Will family and friends please meet for service at The Wear Valley crematorium, Coundon on Thursday 13th July at 2:30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of John may be left at the crematorium for The Alzheimer's Society.
