GIBBNEY On 5th January of Belmont. James (Jim), aged 78 years, dearly loved husband of Jacquie, loving father of Rhonda and Tanya and a dear grandfather and brother. Friends please meet for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium on Tuesday 24th January at 10-30am.

Jim and me started work at English Abrasives on the same day in 1977. We worked together in the same team for the next 14 years and shared many good times. I left in 1991 and only met Jim one more time at a friends celebration.
He was a master of “perfection” in appearance and in his work. Everyone in the company regarded Jim as the best salesman.
