YOUNG Louie (of Appleton Lodge, Spennymoor, formerly of Bowburn) On 26th December in hospital, Louie (nee Moody) aged 100 years. One of the few surviving Aycliffe Angels. Beloved wife of the late Jim, much loved mam to Malcolm, dear mother-in-law to Theresa, a treasured gran to Anna and Paul and their partners Phil and Jaime, and great-gran to Maddison, Benjamin, James and Erin. Would friends please meet for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium on Wednesday 18th January at 10am. Friends are welcome for refreshments at Brambles Coffee Shop, Shincliffe Garden Centre afterwards. Donation in lieu of flowers may be given after the service for Dementia UK.
