TEMPLER John Merson (Colonel retired) (Of Scotton, formerly of Southern Rhodesia) Peacefully in hospital on 22nd October aged 79 years. Beloved husband to Margaret, much loved father to Paul and Lisa, Timothy, Marc and Leisel; father-in-law to Rory, Cinzia and Mel. Also dear grandpa to Katelyn, Erin (who went before him) and Jack. Nicole, Liam and Jake. Mason and Max. He is missed by all his family and friends. A celebration of John's life will take place at St Aidan's Church, Catterick Garrison on Tuesday, 15th November at 2pm. No flowers by request, any donations to go to the RAR Association. No need for black. Colourful clothing preferred. Enquiries to John Blenkiron and Sons.
