HOOK (nee McCabe) Passed away peacefully on Monday 31st October with her loving daughter by her side. Of Gilesgate, Elizabeth Jane (Jean) aged 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Tom, dearly loved mam of Maralyn and a dear mother-in-law of Geoff, also a cherished nana of Andrew, Daniel and Nichola and a great-grandma of Alfie and Alice Jean. Would family and friends please meet for service and committal at Durham Crematorium on Tuesday 15th November at 2:00pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired maybe be left for The British Heart Foundation, The Macmillan Nurses and Hallgarth Care Centre, Durham A box will be provided. Family request for bright clothing to be worn.
