SIMPSON 19th October, peacefully in hospital, of Durham City, latterly of Bowburn and Coxhoe. George, aged 96 years, beloved husband of the late Eva, much loved dad of Peter, Christine and Paul, a dear father-in-law, granda, great-granda and uncle. Funeral service will take place at Durham Crematorium on Wednesday 9th November at 12 Noon. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired may be left in the donation box at the Crematorium for the family's chosen charities. The family wish to sincerely thank the staff at Tenlands Care Home, Ferryhill and the medical staff at University Hospital, Durham for their care of George.
