CRANFIELD Ruth Elizabeth Gertrude died peacefully on 1st October 2022, aged 97. Devoted and loving wife of the late Charles and a loving and much loved mother of Mary and Elisabeth. Also a dear sister, aunt and friend. Funeral service at Waddington Street United Reformed Church in Durham City at 12.30pm on Thursday 27th October, followed by burial at South Road Cemetery in Durham. Family flowers only. Donations may be given to Christian Aid and Nepacs (supporting people impacted by the criminal justice system).
