PHILIPSON Ivor Died 24th September aged 95 in Durham Hospital after a short illness. Lived in Crook his entire life, and worked lifelong for the NCB at Bankfoot, Brancepeth and Fishburn. Lifelong Crook Town FC supporter. Known and loved by all who met him. Sadly missed by sons Ian and Neil, all the extended family and his many, many friends. Please meet at Dawson Street Church, Crook, commemorative service starting at 12 noon Friday 7th October and gathering at Dawson St Church Hall immediately afterward. Everyone Welcome. Private burial alongside his loving wife Mary at Crook Cemetery. Collection at the Church. All donations to Residents Fund Southfield Lodge.
