MICKLETHWAIT On the 3rd September David aged 82 of Crook, dearly loved husband to Anne, loving father to Mandy, Janet, Dorne, Sara, Richard, Ashley, Sue, Chelle, and Diane, brother of Rosemary, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Will be sadly missed. The funeral will take place at Wear Valley Crematorium on the 23rd September at 1.30pm. Friends are welcome, Refreshments afterwards take place at the Copper Mine in Crook.
