CHAPMAN Andy Passed away peacefully on 4th September aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of Maureen, dad of Mark, Lesley, Julie and Joanne, grandad of Liya, Luke, Michael, Elizabeth and Holly, brother of Billy and Jenny. Funeral service to take place in St Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Thursday 15th September at 10.45am. Family flowers only but donations in lieu to Alzheimer's Society can be made at the service.
