HILLARY John, peacefully on 23rd August aged 97 years of Sunnybrow and Crook, retired teacher at Crook Primary School. A devoted and dearly loved husband of Joan and formerly Maureen. Much loved dad of Linda, brother to Mary and a respected father-in-law, uncle and cousin. Will friends please meet for service in Durham City Crematorium at 2.30pm on Tuesday 13th September. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu may be given for Cancer Research UK.
