ALDERSON (nee Carter) 7th August, peacefully after a long illness, of Trimdon Grange. Emily, aged 84 years, beloved wife of the late Jim, treasured mam of Carol, Sheila, Don and Roly, a dear mother-in-law, gran and great-gran, also a sadly missed sister of Joe, Keith, Pauline and the late Anne, Jennifer, Eileen and Paul. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 24th August at St Alban's Church, Trimdon Grange at 2.30p.m. followed by cremation at Durham Crematorium at 3.30 p.m. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired can either be sent directly to The Alzheimer's Society or can be left in Church for Church Funds.
