THWAITES Colin James Colin James Thwaites of Escomb, formerly Thornton Rust & Gayle passed away peacefully following a short illness on 11th July aged 66 years. A dear husband to Sue, a loving and much loved dad to Kevin, Vicky and Heather and a treasured grandad to Andrew, Lucy and Alice. A true Yorkshire man who loved the outdoors and made many a friend whilst driving his coach. A service will be held for family and village friends in Escomb Church on Friday 29th July at 12.00noon. A service where all are welcome will follow at Durham Crematorium at 1pm. Donations in memory of Colin may be offered to St. Teresa's Hospice, Darlington.
