MOORE Ernest and Ann The family of the late Ernest (Ernie) and Ann would like to express their sincere thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards, letters and flowers received during this very sad time. Special thanks to Crook District Nurses, Dale Care, all of the North House Surgery and staff at Clemitson for their care and kindness. Thanks to Reverend Ray Anglesea for the lovely service, also to Mark and the team at Gibsons Funeral Services for their care and support. Many thanks for the kind donations in memory to Dementia UK.
