BUTTERFIELD Kath, Steven, Lisa and the family of the late Keith (Jakey), would like to express their sincere thanks for the sympathy and kindness shown during their recent sad loss, also for the cards, floral tributes and generous donations for The Chyrelle Adams Cancer Support Trust. A special thank you to the doctors of North House Surgery, doctors and staff of Durham University Hospital, The Macmillan Nurses and district nurses. Thanks also to Sharon Davison for a comforting service and to Chris Hardy and the staff of Hardy's Funeral Service for their care at this difficult time.
