STEPHENSON The family of the late Lesley Carol would like to express their sincere thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support at this very sad time, for all the beautiful flowers, cards, letters of condolence and messages of support, which were of great comfort, to Dr Benstead, District Nurses and all staff at Bishopgate Medical Centre, to all Lesley's work colleagues and associates at Dale and Valley Homes for their sincere kindness shown since the onset of Lesley's illness. To all Marie Curie Nurses and Auntie Rita for all their care during Lesley's final days, to Reverend Phipps for an uplifting service and to Gibsons Funeral Directors for their professionalism and finally for all the generous donations to Marie Curie. Thank you all.
