STEVENS Dr Jonny Alma, Brian, Chris, Erin and family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, many friends of Jonny and ourselves and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad bereavement. Grateful thanks also for all the letters of condolence and donations received in support of Parkinsons U.K., in total we have raised £562.00 at the celebration of Jonny's life and a further £3,153.93 via the online donations page in memory of our son Jonny at justgiving.co.uk. We would also like to express our thanks to the staff of the North Yorkshire Ambulance Service who attended and did their utmost to try and help Jonny. Many thanks also to Lesley Thom for a wonderful celebration of Jonny's life and to Hill Brothers Funeral Service, Thirsk. No longer with us but never forgotten.
