What was your first car?
My first car was a Volkswagen Beetle and I loved it. In fact after that I had three of them. It cost £25 so you can guess what it was like, mind you that was 50 years ago.
How many times did it take to pass your test?
It took two goes before I passed my test, but when I did it was the best feeling in the world. I was taught at the British School of Motoring in Oldham.
Who would be your fantasy passenger and where would you go?
My ideal passenger would be my father who sadly passed away many years ago, but I still miss him and I would have loved to drive the Route 66 in America.
What is your dream car?
My dream car would a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray because I love the look of them and the sound they make.
How would you describe your driving style?
I would describe my driving style as steady. I drive hundreds of miles a year and I see how easily it is to be involved in accidents by driving too fast so I try to keep to the speed limit.
What are you listening to?
When I am driving I like to listen to a guy called Delbert Mclinton. He is an America R&B singer and he is fantastic. I love my Blues.
What are you driving?
I drive a Chrysler. I have had four of them because I like American cars.
