What was your first car?

My first car was a silver Ford Fiesta, I think it was around £650. My twin brother had a brown Vauxhall Nova first but it was stolen, so my parents bought us the Ford to use together.

Since then I've had, an old E-reg Golf called 'Einstein', a P-reg Fiat Punto called 'Mr P' and a 2004 electric blue Skoda, with a tape player until earlier this year.

How many times did it take to pass your test?

I passed my driving test on the second attempt. I remember they were both on a Tuesday at 12pm on the same route and the examiner was called Cedric Hodgkiss. The first time I failed after two minutes when I messed up a parallel park and ended up getting 22 minors and five majors - epic fail!

Last year on GMB I retook my test as part of an item that said half of drivers would fail if they took their test again -annoyingly I failed! Apparently it's still legal for me to drive!

Who would be your ideal fantasy passenger and where would you go?

It would have to be Jon Bon Jovi. I'm a huge Bon Jovi fan and first saw them in concert in 1996 and have loved them ever since. I love Jon and would be happy to drive anywhere in the world with him, as long as he sang to me!

What is your dream car?

I've always wanted a red Jeep! I think it was after watching Clueless with Alicia Silverstone and she had one and I thought it was the coolest thing ever! Back then I said to myself 'I want a red Jeep one day and when I do I'll know I've made it'. I still don't have one, so I'll have to work harder!

How would you describe your driving style?

My driving style has definitely changed since being on Drive. Before it was very slow and unconfident, that said I did have a 12-year-old Skoda which struggled to go over 65mph! Now I'm more confident and enjoy driving much more. It's a shame I can't put all my skills from Drive into practice on the roads!

Tell me one driving anecdote from your past?

The Northern Echo:

It's generally quite unremarkable but during Drive my most memorable moment was in training. Driving the Formula 4 car I felt like James Bond when I managed to recover from what would have been a wipe out-using some top tips from my driving instructor and turned it in to a 360 degree spin right in front of the pits and everyone went 'wow!'

What are you listening to?

I always used to listen to Bon Jovi on my tape player in my Skoda. In my new car there is not a tape player - unsurprisingly - so I need to dig out my CDs. I miss singing along at the top of my voice!

What do you drive now?

Since being on Drive I've upgraded to a - nearly - new BMW. I really enjoyed training in the BMW M4. It was whilst driving that that I realised driving could be a lot of fun, so straight after the show I bought one - unfortunately not an M4, they were too expensive! I really like my new car, it's fun to drive, comfy and looks good too but I do miss my Skoda!
