Steven Hillary (Branch Manager)
Steven has over 25 years of experience in financial services and has been Branch Manager in Durham since 2015. He previously worked for a High Street bank, in various locations across the North East. Steven is responsible for managing the day to day running of the branch and always strives to ensure that customers have the best experience possible.
Anthony Higgins (Newcastle Financial Adviser)
Anthony has been with the Society for nearly 5 years and has over 14 years’ experience in financial services. He provides face to face financial advice, individually tailored to our members’ needs. This includes investments, pensions and inheritance tax planning – he can help you plan for your future and protect your family.
Sharon Puckering- (Customer Adviser)
Sharon has worked in the Society’s branches for just under 15 years. She enjoys meeting customers in her face to face role and helping our members meet their financial needs, always offering friendly and approachable customer service.
Laura Innes – (Customer Adviser)
Laura has been a Customer Adviser for over four years, moving to the Durham Branch in 2014. She takes pride in helping to meet members’ needs and offering an excellent and personal service.
Pam Marriner – (Customer Adviser)
Pam has been part of Newcastle Building Society for almost two years. She provides exceptional customer service and enjoys talking to new and existing customers, giving assurance we’re there whenever they need us. Pam is looking forward to welcoming all of our customers to our new branch.
Rachel Urwin – (Customer Adviser)
Rachel is new to the team in Durham, having previously worked in insurance. She enjoys dealing with customers and always ensures that she offers an excellent customer experience.
Graeme Joss – (Customer Adviser)
