After a summer playing festivals up and down the country Nottingham's finest Dog Is Dead are set to release one off single Hands Down set for release on Halloween. Produced by David Kosten (Bat for Lashes / Everything Everything) , Hands Down will be available to purchase on limited edition 7” and a digital download. The single will also feature the b-side Burial Ground, which was produced by Richard Formby (Wild Beasts). The quintet have quite the knack for making bright, breezy and infectious indie pop and single Hands Down really showcases this. The chorus is crushingly catchy and with their almost gospel like, vocal-led indie makes the record uplifting and harmonious. There’s so much here to make you dance and wave your arms about.
