TAYLOR Swift is 22 and tours the UK in March having been ranked as the bestselling musician in the US as far back as 2008.
Her debut single, Tim McGraw, released in 2006, was subsequently certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.
Swift has been defined as the most commercially successful country pop crossover act in music history with over 28m digital tracks sold.
Last month, it was announced that she had sold 16m albums world-wide and her name can now be added to other great country acts like Kenny Rogers, Don Williams, Glen Campbell, Shania Twain and Lonestar.
The youngest winner of the Academy of Country Music Album of the Year Award will be performing songs from her latest album, Speak Now.
Her tour dates are: Birmingham LG Arena, March 22, (Tel 0844-338-8000), Manchester MEN Arena, March 29 (0844- 847- 8000) and London O2 Arena, March 30, (0844-856-0202). She may provide many people with a different impression of what country music is all about.
