Either way, it's hard to believe Cajun Dance Party have just taken their AS levels at school in north London.
Fresh from the Reading and Leeds festivals, this indie five-piece are releasing their second single, Amylase, and it's pretty impressive.
A catchy and original sounding record which deserves to be a hit.
With backing from former Suede guitarist Bernard Butler, who produced the single, Radio 1 DJs Zane Lowe, Steve Lamacq and Jo Whiley, plus almost 20,000 MySpace friends, it seems the band are well on their way.
