DCI John Barnaby (Neil Dudgeon) and DS Charlie Nelson (Gwilym Lee) probe more instances of murder, deceit and skulduggery in the picturesque county of Midsomer. The detectives investigate a stabbing with an antique sword, a grisly mauling and, in the landmark 100th episode, Barnaby and Nelson work with Danish police detectives to solve a poisoning.
