THE running order for one of the region’s biggest ever stadium pop concerts has been announced.
Chart-topper Jessie J will headline the blinkbox North East Live show at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light on Sunday.
The line-up features ten top pop acts including Rizzle Kicks, The Saturdays, The Vamps and Union J.
Stadium doors open at noon to allow fans access to a courtyard area featuring fairground rides, music and entertainment.
American singer/songwriter Austin Mahone will be the first act on stage at 1.20pm and the show is expected to finish at about 10pm.
Ticketholders are warned that they cannot bring their own food and drink into the stadium and re-entry into the venue is not permitted.
Tickets are still available for the show, priced from just £25 from 08448 24 48 24 and the Stadium of Light ticket office.
Meanwhile, police have warned concertgoers to take care of themselves and their property amid fears that the large crowds could attract travelling pickpockets.
Chief Superintendent Kay Blyth said: “We’re very much aware that groups of criminals travel around the country to events that attract large crowds with the intention of taking advantage of people leaving items such as phones or wallets in their back pocket or inadequate locks on handbags.
“We know people want to enjoy themselves and don’t want to stop them having fun, but just be mindful of where you put your phone or camera after you’ve used it”.
