The veteran saxophonist shares leadership here with pianist Dan Tepfer, bass player Michael Janisch and drummer Jeff Williams, recorded at London’s Pizza Express Jazz Club in May 2010. As usual with Konitz the performances were completely spontaneous with musicians joining in as they wished resulting in a series of stimulating duets, trios and quartet.
