TONI Braxton has reunited with Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, following their first collaboration on Braxton’s 1992 debut, Give U My Heart (written and produced by Babyface).
On this duets album – Babyface’s first new studio album in nearly seven years and Braxton’s first new album since 2010’s Pulse – the pair sing about love, loss, heartbreak and divorce.
Babyface goes it alone with I Hope That You’re Okay, while the 46-year-old songstress goes solo on two tracks – the heart-rending I Wish and I’d Rather Be Broke. This record will not disappoint, with Braxton’s sultry vocals combining superbly with Babyface’s smooth, dulcet tones.
