American accent, this indie-rock quartet are based in London, and after forming in the early 2000s, they’re romping back onto the music scene with their fourth album.
The band have taken a step back to their original sound, with tracks like Always and Keep Moving having qualities of an anthem – guitar solos, catchy lyrics and a stripped-back section. The band haven’t stood still – riffs and drums show how they can still make an impression. The group’s existing fans will be happy to hear New York and Low, which resonate with a slightly softer sound, but the album contains a mixture of both sounds to entice new fans into the Rebellion.
