MUTANT Addison Goodheart, condemned to a life beneath the city, and scared overlander Gwyneth, being stalked by a stone-cold killer, are brought together by destiny to not only fight their own causes, but the cause of whole humankind.
There are signs that not all is well with the world in the shape of the predatory Fogs and Clears, who infest and feed on certain humans, but much, much worse lies ahead. This is a slowburner of a dark thriller, so slow that you feel like taking a match to it at times.
