CHARISMATIC choirmaster Gareth Malone has reteamed with the Military Wives for the follow-up to their charttopping debut, In My Dreams, which knocked Bruce Springsteen off the top spot earlier this year. Having grown from 100 members to 760, wives from 25 choirs including Cyprus and two from Germany have joined together to give their unmistakable take on popular hits such as Take That’s Rule The World, Richard Marx’s Right Here Waiting and The Beatles’ Long And Winding Road. With two original songs co-written by Malone: Stronger Together and Counting The Time, as well as new versions of Sing, their collaboration with Gary Barlow, and In My Dreams, this album is a must-buy, especially since the Military Wives Choirs Foundation gets a cut from the proceeds.
