NEWCASTLE-BASED property agents Naylors has completed a £1.25m office refurbishment on Team Valley.

The building, formerly known as Talipot House, was acquired by Naylors’ investment team on behalf of a private London-based investor in 2014.

Following the vacation of the premises by the former occupier, Daisy Group, Naylors was instructed to project manage the refurbishment and market the redeveloped office space.

Naylors office agency team is marketing the revamped property as ‘Your New HQ’ so the new occupier can give it a name of their choice.
