BILFINGER GVA and their joint letting agent Gavin Black and Partners, acting on behalf of private investors have secured a new letting of the Media Exchange 5 building at Coquet Street, Ouseburn Valley, Newcastle.
The high-specification building extending to 2,771 sq ft in a fully fitted and furnished condition was available for immediate occupation.
The location suited the image and business expansion objectives of 1st Class Mailing Limited who signed a three-year lease for the building within ten working days of their initial inspection.
