TWO solicitors at an employment law firm have been rewarded for their contributions with promotions.

Collingwood Legal, in Newcastle, says Sarah Fitzpatrick has been made a senior associate solicitor, with Jane Sinnamon promoted to associate solicitor.

The women, who are both originally from Northern Ireland, are both named in the legal industry’s primary reference guide, The Legal 500.

Paul McGowan, who founded the company in 2010, said: “Their detailed knowledge of the law, the excellent relationships they build and maintain with our clients and their significant contributions to both our and our clients' commercial success make Sarah and Jane wholly deserving of their promotions.”
