Craig Malarkey, Solicitor with Tilly Bailey & Irvine, who specialises in the creation and dissolution of partnerships, has acted for Queensway Dental Clinic on a number of occasions as the practice as grown. He commented: “This is a unique Dental Practice, one which has expanded into associated fields including Dental Implants, Oral Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics, Dental Education, Laboratories and Conscious Sedation. Queensway Dental Clinic’s partners have always been keen to develop their practice, and sought our advice to help them meet their expansion targets.”
Dr Paul Averley, Managing Partner of Queensway Dental Clinic, added: “It is not the norm for partnerships to expand the way ours has in recent years, but we’ve turned to Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors for advice throughout this process. Craig and his colleagues have been there to support us in our ambitions, as we’ve introduced new services and business strands. To continue our business development, we were keen to invite Dr Paul Howlett to become a partner, and with Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors on board this has been a very smooth process.”
Dr Paul Howlett becomes Queensway Dental Clinic’s fifth partner. He commented: “For me, becoming a partner enables me to continue evolving and expanding my role, taking responsibility for areas including the NHS side of the business. The partners are ambitious for the practice, and I wholeheartedly subscribe to their approach. I am looking forward to contributing to the future of Queensway Dental Clinic.”
