THE Newcastle Office of business agent, Christie + Co, has been instructed to sell the former nightclub, Eivissa, in South Shields town centre.

This former nightclub has been closed for a number of years and has fallen into a poor state of repair, both internally and externally.

Associate director, Mark Worley, who is handling the sale, said: “The premises can be purchased on a long leasehold from South Tyneside Council at an annual rent of £1,500. We feel that there is great scope for developing the property into a variety of uses, including leisure, restaurant, supermarket, offices and storage.

The leasehold asking price is £165,000.
