MAPELEY Estates Ltd has jointly instructed BNP Paribas Real Estate and Sanderson Weatherall to market Fountain Court, Grange Road, Middlesbrough.
Built in 1990, Fountain Court comprises three floors of office space for let on a floor-by-floor basis from 10,042sq ft or as a whole totalling 34,038sq ft.
It overlooks Central Square, an outdoor auditorium which links MIMA, the library, Middlesbrough Borough Council’s offices, the County and Magistrates’ Courts and the Mall, the town’s largest shopping centre.
Aidan Baker, director of agency at BNPPRE, said: “This is a unique opportunity for an occupier who wants a town centre location, excellent useable space and a generous supply of car parking space – 53 spaces in all.”
David Jackson, joint letting agent, added: “Fountain Court is in the heart of the town centre with fantastic transport links. The railway station is just a few minutes away and the A66, leading to the A19, Durham Tees Valley airport and the A1M is easily accessible.”
