AN environmental expert will speak at this month’s meeting of the North-East Recycling Forum (NERF).
Dr Brian Chambers will speak about phosphates, which is his area of expertise, and the White Paper which the Premier Waste Management Scientific Advisory Group has produced.
The research has demonstrated the serious nature of phosphate depletion in the world and predicted issues surrounding its chemical extinction.
Premier Waste Mangement appointed its advisory group last year. Made up of worldclass scientists, the group was created with the aim to lead the way in pioneering research in to the waste industry, in which Premier Waste Management is one of the leading names.
An internationallyrenowned scientist, Dr Chambers is the senior principal scientist for the soils and nutrients service in ADAS, the UK’s largest independent provider of environmental consultancy, rural development services and policy advice.
