PROPERTY firm Banks Developments has appointed King Sturge and Storeys SSP as joint agents to market its first phase of office development at Bowesfield, in Stockton.
Following the announcement by Banks that the two remaining offices at the mixeduse scheme have been made available for sale or to let, the developer has now joined with commercial property agents King Sturge and Storeys SSP of Newcastle to market the offices to potential occupiers.
The development, known as Kingfisher Court, is already home to Blackett Hart & Pratt Law, who purchased one of the three prestigious offices prior to its completion last year.
There are two remaining properties of 7,500 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft available.
The modern three-storey office buildings benefit have flexible, open-plan layouts with category-A fit-outs, carparking, landscaping and infrastructure.
Banks also has full, detailed planning permission for a further 275,000 sq ft of office space on the site.
Stuart Morgan, of Banks, said: “Banks has exciting plans for future development at Bowesfield and we believe the office space available at Kingfisher Court offers companies a fantastic blend of modern facilities, flexibility and cost-effectiveness.â ™ Bowesfield is a mixed-use scheme consisting of 13 hectares of land for commercial development and 12 hectares for residential development.
It is already home to three car showrooms.
The site is set against the backdrop of the River Tees with a wildlife conservation area extending to 15 hectares, which is as a unique feature of the development providing a stunning working environment.
