MAPELEY Estates Limited, one of the UK’s largest commercial landlords, has instructed Atisreal to market 13,446 sq ft on a single floor in Wycliffe House, Green Lane, Durham City.
Aidan Baker, associate director at Atisreal, said the two-storey building is one of very few large modern office buildings in the city.
“Sites are few and far between in a World Heritage city and it is especially difficult getting modern floor plates of this size close to the city centre,”
said Mr Baker.
The first floor offers a mix of open-plan and cellular space with air-conditioning in part and 40 on-site car-parking spaces, a number that can be increased if required.
The asking rent is £12.50 per sq ft for the premises, which are available by way of a sublease.
