BELASIS Hall Business Park, in Billingham, has welcomed a new tenant, LighterLife, a supported weight-management service, within seven days of the firm making its first enquiry. Sanderson W e a t h e r a l l , c o m m e r c i a l letting agents, negotiated the deal with business owner Tracey Hare, for the 1,001 sq ft office.
T r a c e y ’ s business is part of a national weight loss and weightmanagement service for people over the age of 16.
She uses her office for group therapy sessions.
Tracey said: “I needed to move quickly from my previous location and Belasis Hall Business Park offered a unique opportunity on a fantastic site and the office space is ideal for the purpose I require it for.
“The communication was highly professional and I’m very impressed with the fact I was able to re-locate within one week.
“Belasis Park is very accommodating, with superb surroundings from which to operate.”
The park is fully landscaped and comprises 40 detached and terraced offices and R&D units, ranging in size from 500 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft and all set in mature parkland with ponds, streams and gardens.
Rents start from £9 per square foot with small units let on ‘easy in, easy out’ terms.
The site’s owner, St George’s Securities (SGS), has also created a wildlife haven on the site to help save rare butterfly species from extinction.
