THE final two offices at a unique mixed-use scheme in Stockton have been made available by developers – and enquiries about them have already started to come in.
Property firm Banks Developments’ Bowesfield site, in Stockton, has proved extremely popular with a range of professional services firms who have moved on to the development over the last two years.
And the two neighbouring, three-storey offices, which offer 7,500sq ft and 10,000sq ft of space respectively, are expected to attract businesses of a similar calibre.
Current commercial occupants of the site include BHP Law, Archers Law, Handelsbanken, Audi, Lexus, Toyota and Alliance & Leicester, while popular residential developments by Barratt Homes, David Barlow Homes and McInerney Homes have also been built.
The two remaining modern, open-plan offices have a Category A fit-out, and could be split floor-by-floor, as well as being sold or let outright to a single occupant.
Each office has designated car-parking spaces, and is just a few minutes drive from the centre of Stockton.
The Bowesfield development contains more than 11 acres of new homes, a 30-acre business park and a 37-acre nature reserve on the banks of the River Tees. The nature reserve includes footpaths, footbridges and interpretative boards for use by new residents, employees and the local community.
Water features are located throughout the development, providing a cascade of water which flows in to the reserve.
Stuart Morgan, project manager at Banks Developments, said: “The Bowesfield development has proven tremendously popular with both commercial and residential occupants, and its unique location has been a real draw to a host of wellknown companies that are now part of a thriving business community on the site.
“We have already received enquiries from firms in the insurance, design and legal industries about these two offices, and as well as their great location, we believe that they offer companies a fantastic blend of modern facilities, flexibility and cost-effectiveness.”
