North-East communications specialist Executel has recruited Joanne Graham and Cameron Smith.
Ms Graham, 26, has taken up the role of sales administrator having spent six years with Orange.
Mr Smith, 37, who has 15 years of IT experience, has taken up the role of unified communications engineer. He was previously a consultant for Waterstons Ltd.
