A MARKETING company has taken on a new web programmer to cope with its expanding internet work.
R//evolution marketing, in Hexham, has appointed Adam Blenkinsop, of Bishop Auckland, as a web programmer in its new media department.
Mr Blenkinsop, 22, recently graduated with a degree in multimedia computing from Northumbria University and has spent a year working on web applications at Northumberland County Council.
He will develop media marketing tools such as websites, e-zines, direct mail and e-postcards.
Client services director Gill Burgess, who was named rural North-East female entrepreneur last year, said: “Our aim is always to look at ways we can push the envelope to provide a better and more innovative service to our clients.
“With Adam’s appointment, we are even better placed to do that.”
