THE Stockton office of project management and cost consultant Faithful+Gould has promoted four staff.

Dennis Edwards has been promoted to director of the office, and will be responsible for the management of Stockton's 125 employees working in the transport, property and industry sectors, providing commercial, project management and consult services.

Sean Lynch has been made a director. He will be responsible for Faithful+Gould's water sector clients in the North-East, Scotland and Ireland.

Regional director Mark Hopgood has taken on new responsibilities and will be running Building Schools for the Future (BSF) schemes in the North. Gary Marshall has been promoted to regional director. As well as education schemes, he will also be gaining more experience of commercial, leisure, retail and health development

LAW firm Gordon Brown Associates has added to its civil litigation team with the appointment of litigation executive Mark Anderson.

Mr Anderson brings 16 years of civil litigation experience from across the North-East and Yorkshire to the Chester-le-Street firm.

He studied law at DeMontford University, in Leicester, and began his law career with a firm at Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire.

He has subsequently worked at law firms in Leeds, Darlington and Middlesbrough, and last summer, completed his Common Professional Examination (CPE) at Northumbria University.

Gordon Brown, senior partner at Gordon Brown Associates, said: "Mark has gained a large amount of experience in civil litigation and we are happy to bring him into our civil litigation team.

"Mark's experience will not only increase the capacity of the team to meet the growing demand we are seeing, it will also help younger members of the team to develop."

VEHICLE rental company Reflex Vehicle Solutions has made a significant new appointment to help with its nationwide expansion.

Colin Wilson joins Stockton-based Reflex as a national business development manager and will be responsible for the company's client base in the Midlands.

He has more than 20 years' experience in the vehicle rental industry, having held high profile positions at BT Fleet, Northgate, TLS and Volkswagen Commercial.

Reflex has increased its team to more than 50 in less than four years and has a national client base including DHL, TNT, Curry's and Dixon's.

Graeme Lumley, sales director at Reflex, said: "We're now in the process of building Reflex on a national scale and, to do that, we need experienced industry professionals with knowledge of specific regions.
